In recent years, Mr. DeGiulio has been focused on making meaningful and wide-ranging contributions to society within the emerging Lion Economies across the Pan-African market. While project sensitivities are high and preservation of intellectual property across these endeavors is paramount, the general theme is to usher high-potential corporations onto the landscape of the global market, thereby unlocking tremendous value. Resulting benefits from these projects include job creation, operational efficiency, valuation increases, modernization and innovation, lower capital costs, global visibility, and many others.

Current Projects

Mr. DeGiulio is a graduate of the SUNY Buffalo School of Management, where he earned an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Finance. Prior to this, he earned a Master’s in Education with a concentration in Organizational Development from Fordham University. His undergraduate tenure was also spent at SUNY Buffalo, where he earned a double degree in Psychology and Communication Disorders.

Currently, Mr. DeGiulio is Managing Director of a leading international professional services and executive consulting firm, based in New York, NY. One of Mr. DeGiulio’s key roles is identifying early-stage companies and helping usher those firms to rapid growth and long-term profitability through the design and delivery of market-leading executive management teams.

Recent Activity

Prior to his current role, Mr. DeGiulio created value as a Managing Director for various management consulting firms, one of which included a global spin-off from Deloitte Consulting – the strategic consulting division of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Clients included senior management and C-level executives within their organizations, representing the highest level of collaboration and partnership. Jack has been responsible for managing various consulting teams who were instrumental in the successful delivery of mission-critical projects within the Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Asset Management and Investment Banking industries. Projects represented multi-million dollar, long-term engagements, addressing some of the most sensitive and capital-intensive initiatives within each respective organization.

 

In a related area, Mr. DeGiulio was Managing Director of Regulatory Compliance, Enterprise Risk & Controls for a $23 Billion professional services firm. During his tenure there, he was responsible for delivering several multi-million dollar consulting initiatives with some of the largest and most prestigious global financial institutions, interfacing directly with C-level management, Program Management Officers and Managing Directors.

Early Career

Earlier in his career, Mr. DeGiulio earned tenure at Citigroup Global Markets, at the time the largest and most well-capitalized global financial institution. His responsibilities ranged from institutional asset management, technical finance, global financing and capital raising, portfolio management, and strategic delivery of global visibility and communications programs. Clients ranged from pension fund investment committees through Private Equity portfolio companies to global financial and industrial powerhouses.

 

Mr. DeGiulio spent 6 years as a principal with New York-based boutique advisory firm, specializing in institutional asset management, cross-border finance, fiduciary counseling, portfolio management, and board-level strategic advisory. Clients ranged from small-cap industrial engineering firms to multi-billion dollar asset managers and global telecom conglomerates.
